Shipping policy

For Indian Customers:

We ship most of the orders within 24 Hrs (excludes holidays and sundays). However, the time required to ship your order may be more during holiday and festive seasons due to higher order volumes and shipping holidays.

Once your ordered products are inspected and packed, we will ship it  to your delivery address by Indian Post /Xpressbees Courier /DTDC courier.

After the successful shipping of your package , you will be notified via mail with the tracking number included. Your order can be tracked by using the order number or tracking number on the "Order Tracking" Page on our website.

Indian Post will normally take 6-8 days for delivery of your package. However, we are not responsible for any delay, damage or theft and such matters to be dealt directly with Indian Post.

Xpressbees and DTDC will normally take 3-5 working days for delivering the order, depending on your location.

For International Customers:

We Ship All International Orders by EMS, Shipping charges are according to the weight of the package. For Bulk Weight Order you can write to us to find other shipping options.

You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs, these charges are controlled by your country, for details about custom charges information please check your country government website. Please be sure to research the customs procedure in your country prior to making your purchase.
